Eric is based in Boston and a member of the asset management team working on construction and development projects across Beacon's portfolio. Eric has been working in commercial, life science, residential, and tenant fit-out construction for 25+ years. Before Beacon, he was a Project Executive at John Moriarty & Associates, and before that, a Project Executive/Vice President for Skanska USA Building. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University.
