Eric is based in Boston and is responsible for managing the development and construction of Beacon’s Life Science projects. Prior to joining Beacon, Eric oversaw development and construction activities for a Boston-based developer working on projects including the entitlement of over 1.5 million square feet of mixed-used space and the construction of an adaptive reuse residential condominium.

Eric also worked at Harvard University’s Green Building Services, helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through the identification and implementation of energy conservation measures in University buildings. Eric holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.
