Nelson is based in Boston and is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for certain properties. Before joining Beacon Capital Partners, Nelson was an Accounting Manager at A.W. Perry, Inc. where he was responsible for overseeing the accounting process for a portfolio of 20 properties. Before that, Nelson was a Property Accountant at Boston Properties working on assets in the Boston and D.C. portfolios. Before joining Boston Properties, Nelson was a Tax Associate for KPMG LLP. He also volunteers his time as the Treasurer for his local youth soccer association. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rhode Island College.
