Rachel is the Director of Human Resources, based in our Boston Office. She oversees Talent Acquisition and Management, Employee Relations, Professional Development, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Benefit Administration, DEI, and HR Compliance. Rachel has over 10 years of human resources experience and comes to us from The DSF Group, a real estate investment firm, where she has spent the past 7 years building and single-handedly leading their human resources department.

Previously Rachel worked at a boutique consulting firm leading their campus recruitment, administration, and benefits. Rachel has also worked at Boston Properties as a Senior Property Administrator to 14 commercial real estate buildings and has almost 10 years of prior property management experience.

She attended Barry University, is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM – CP), Massachusetts Public Notary, and is a member of CREW Boston, formerly New England Women in Real Estate (NEWiRE).
