Sarah is based in Boston and is the Assistant Counsel and Construction Administrator. Before joining Beacon, Sarah performed site acquisition services for American Tower Corporation and Crown Castle with a focus on the development of new telecommunications sites throughout the United States and in Puerto Rico. Sarah has 8+ years of experience with the performance of legal due diligence, leasing and licensing agreements, zoning and permitting, and construction management. Before entering American Tower Corporation and Crown Castle, Sarah was an associate at D’Ambrosio Brown LLP where she practiced real estate and estate planning as well as municipal law and tax title recovery.

Sarah graduated from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst and received her law degree from New England School of Law Boston. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
