Beacon Capital Partners Earns Four Star Designation in Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) Assessment

Boston, MA, October 9, 2019 – Beacon Capital Partners, a leading U.S. office investor, announced that Beacon Capital Strategic Partners VII scored 85 points (out of 100) within the 2019 GRESB benchmark, and earned a Green Star in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB). Beacon’s fund also received four out of five stars. This was the second year Beacon participated in the survey.

GRESB is the global ESG benchmark and reporting standard for real assets including real estate and infrastructure, covering over $4.1 trillion of assets worldwide. GRESB administers annual assessments that include an assessment of sustainability performance of real asset investments which is determined by the industry and investors.
