Beacon Capital Partners Earns 2021 Fitwel Best in Building Health Awards® in Multiple Categories

Beacon Capital Partners has been named as a winner of the Fitwel Best in Building Health Awards®, the flagship recognition program of the Center for Active Design (CfAD). Beacon’s commitment to creating healthy and sustainable buildings was recognized for:

  • Greatest Impact on Building Health: Across Fitwel’s Building Scorecards, Beacon impacts the most people with its improvements to promote building health.

  • Highest Score: 330 North Wabash, a 50-story landmark office building in Chicago, was the highest-scoring project in the Multi-Tenant Whole Building v2.1 (Built) category in 2020.

  • Most Certifications: Tied at the top spot, no property owner has more Fitwel certifications in 2020.

Beacon was named a Fitwel Champion in 2020 as a building owner committed to using Fitwel at a portfolio scale. Beacon has completed certifications of 12 properties to date and has committed to certifying a minimum of 10 additional properties in 2021.
