Boston, January 8, 2026 – Beacon Capital Partners, a leading private real estate investment firm, has been recognized for continued leadership in their categories of the 2025 GRESB Assessment. Beacon submitted information for two active commingled funds (BCSP 7 and 8) and for a joint venture portfolio. All three investment entities maintained the firm’s 8-year history of high scores and strong performance across multiple assessment categories.

GRESB Highlights:
• The joint venture ranked #1 among its customized peer group in the United States diversified/opportunistic category, and one of the commingled funds (BCSP 7) ranked #3 among its peer group in the United States office value-added category.
• All three submissions earned a perfect score for the Social component of ESG, and for Leadership, Reporting, Stakeholder Engagement, Risk Assessment, and Data Monitoring and Review.

In addition, Beacon’s entire real estate portfolio demonstrated strong alignment with the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment’s (UNPRI) six principles for responsible investment. In the 2025 UNPRI Assessment, Beacon earned five stars in both the Policy, Governance and Strategy module (94%) and the Real Estate module (97%), placing the portfolio well above the global median and demonstrating leadership in responsible investment practices.

“These results reflect Beacon’s continued leadership in advancing responsible investment practices across the portfolio,” said Beacon Capital Partners President and CEO, Fred Seigel. “Our ESG approach is about consistency and integration. These results demonstrate our ongoing commitment to embed sustainability throughout the investment lifecycle and create spaces that inspire well-being, foster innovation, and have a positive impact on communities.”
The GRESB Assessments are guided by what investors and the industry consider to be material issues in the sustainability performance of asset investments and are aligned with international reporting frameworks, goals, and emerging regulations. The GRESB ESG Benchmark covered USD 9 trillion of gross asset value across 76 markets, encompassing 2,382 real estate assessments submitted across funds, assets, and development-asset categories.
