Andrew is based in the Boston Office and his primary responsibilities will include the accounting and financial reporting of Wilderness, 1055 E Colorado, 1375 Fulton, and 44 Montgomery Steel House.  Andrew spent the last 6 years at ​The Davis Companies where he was the Accounting Manager for the Development Accounting team and worked on the development of the Omni Boston Seaport Hotel, townhomes in St. Petersburg Florida, industrial campus near the port of Savannah Georgia, amongst other development projects.  

Prior to that he worked at Colony Capital where did full scope accounting for various healthcare assets and Boston Properties where he did full scope accounting for Class A commercial assets in New York City as well as the Prudential Tower retail space. Andrew is originally from Queens, NY and worked for the Lefrak Organization doing Commercial Property Accounting for nine and a half years prior to moving to Massachusetts.  Andrew has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Hunter College and a MBA from Northeastern University.
