Based in Northern Virginia, Brenda manages Beacon’s operational risk management program. Before joining Beacon, Brenda held senior executive corporate security roles with responsibilities for securing global assets and implementing best-of-class security and risk management standards at The Walt Disney Company, Caruso, The Madison Square Garden Company, and Standard Industries.

Prior to joining Disney, she served at the FBI, retiring as a Special Agent in Charge of Counterterrorism at the Washington, D.C. field office after holding senior executive counterterrorism roles at FBI headquarters with responsibility for the management and oversight of FBI global counterterrorism operations.

Brenda currently serves on the FBI and Department of Homeland Security’s Domestic Security Alliance Council’s (DSAC) Executive Working Group and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University and a Master of Arts in Security Studies (Homeland Security and Defense) from the Naval Postgraduate School.
