Brooks is based in Boston and is involved in acquisitions and dispositions across several markets within Beacon's portfolio. Prior to joining Beacon full-time, Brooks completed a summer internship with the firm's acquisitions group. He graduated from Boston College in 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Mathematics.
