Efie joined Beacon Capital Partners in 2003 and is based in Boston. She is responsible for management and oversight of accounting and financial reporting for various properties, joint ventures, co-investments, as well as closed-end funds. Before joining Beacon, Efie held accounting positions with Beacon Capital Partners Management LLC., Insignia Financial Group, and The Bulfinch Companies. She has over 23 years of real estate experience, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University, a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University.
