Gadea is based in Boston, and is responsible for the definition, implementation, and communication of ESG initiatives. Gadea was a Summer Associate in Beacon’s Washington, D.C. office last year. She recently received her MBA from Oxford Saïd Business School. While at Oxford, Gadea worked as a Venture Consultant, evaluating potential target markets of a sustainability-oriented startup company. She previously held positions at the engineering consulting firm AECOM, including as an Architect, Project Manager, and Operations Manager. Gadea earned her MA / BA in Architecture from the Universidad CEU San Pablo, Spain.
