Gina is responsible for asset management operations for properties in the Denver region. Before joining Beacon, Gina was an Executive Vice President for JLL. Gina also held key positions with Lowe Enterprises, Commonwealth Partners, and Maguire Properties. She is currently serving as the Chairwoman of the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Property Owner Council and serves on the 5280 Loop Executive Board and the Upper Downtown Task Force. From 2013 to 2019 Gina served two terms as the Chairwoman of DDP’s Denver Business Improvement District (“BID”) Board.

Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. She also holds a Colorado Real Estate License, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional, and RPA accreditations.
