Greg is based in Denver and is involved in asset management for the Denver and Boulder area properties. Prior to joining Beacon, Greg was the Regional Director of Operations for Brookfield Properties. Before his time at Brookfield, Greg was with Hines and JLL, where he worked with the Beacon team for many years and focused on ground-up development projects, property condition assessments, value add capital projects, and strategic operating best practices. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
