Heena is based in our D.C./Northern Virginia office and is involved in asset management in the Washington D.C. area. Before joining Beacon Capital Partners, Heena was a Portfolio Manager with JBG SMITH in Arlington, VA, where she was responsible for operations, capital and tenant improvements, and budgeting for commercial office and retail buildings in National Landing.  Before joining JBG SMITH, she was a Property Manager with Boston Properties.  

Heena served on the CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Northern Virginia Board and as the Chapter President in 2023. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and earned a Bachelor of Science in CLEG (Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government) and a Master of Science in Real Estate from American University.
