Ian is based in our D.C. office and works on Due Diligence, Capital Projects, Redevelopment, and New Development Projects. Over the last 20 years as a Real Estate Development Professional, Ian has served as a Mechanical Engineer, Project Development Engineer, Program Manager, and Development Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland (Mechanical Engineering) and an MBA from the University of Virginia. Ian is also a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), LEED AP, and Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
