Jason is based in Northern Virginia and is responsible for leading Beacon’s investment activities across Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and the Southeastern United States. Since joining the firm in 2006, Jason has held positions in asset management in Chicago and Northern Virginia and acquisitions in Boston. Prior to his tenure at Beacon, Jason worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at Banc of America Securities in Charlotte and New York. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with distinction, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, and he currently serves on the Advisory Board for the McIntire School. Jason is also a member of the Board of Directors of NAIOP Northern Virginia as well as the Virginia Association for Commercial Real Estate.
