Jennifer is based in Houston and involved in Asset Management as well responsible Construction and Development in the Texas markets. Since joining Beacon in 2021, Jennifer has overseen capital, repositioning, and ground up development of life science and office projects throughout Houston, Austin, Denver and Boulder. Before joining Beacon, Jennifer was a Senior Development Manager at Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc. delivering large scale commercial projects. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management degree and a Master of Business Administration from Texas State University.
