Jerome is based in New York and oversees asset management across Beacon’s portfolio in New York and Atlanta. In addition to his asset management responsibilities, Jerome has played a key role in the development of Beacon’s sustainability and energy management programs portfolio-wide. In 2012, Jerome was appointed by Mayor Bloomberg to the NYC Mayoral Building Resiliency Task Force on the Commercial Buildings Committee and is currently a member of the Real Estate Roundtable.
Prior to joining Beacon in 2008, Jerome worked for Latona Associates where he managed private equity investments in real estate, technology, and manufacturing. Before joining Latona, Jerome was an investment banker at Salomon Brothers. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Columbia Business School.
