John is based in Boston and manages debt financing activities for Beacon Capital Partners. Before joining Beacon in 2007, John was Vice President of Finance at Cabot Properties Inc., where he was responsible for the firm’s financing activities. Previously, he worked with Morgan Stanley’s Securitized Products Group as an underwriter of collateralized mortgage-backed securities. He began his real estate career at Northmarq Capital, a commercial mortgage-banking firm. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
