John is in our Boston office and focuses on ensuring IT business continuity and mitigating cyber risks to the company. Prior to Beacon, John was with StarBridge Advisors where he served as Interim CIO and Chief Information Security Officer for large organizations such as the Moffit Cancer Center, Oklahoma University Health, and Rosalind Franklin University. John’s other experiences include managing global IT departments for Fortune 100 companies in the Life Sciences, High-Tech, and Research/Healthcare industries.

John is a U.S. Army veteran (thank you for your service, John!) and has four professional certifications (CRISC, CISA, CDPSE, and CIA). John earned his master’s degree from Suffolk University and later served on its Board of Directors.
