Katarina is based in Seattle and is responsible for asset management operations for properties in Seattle and Bellevue. Before joining Beacon, Katarina was the Director for the downtown Seattle portfolio at CBRE. She has also served as the General Manager for Columbia Center (the largest office tower in the Pacific Northwest) for 15 years and as an Area Operations Manager for the Seattle and Bellevue portfolio at Spieker Properties. Katarina received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Seattle Pacific University. She holds a Washington Real Estate License and is a former board member of the Downtown Seattle Association’s Metropolitan Improvement District.
