Kayln is based in Seattle where she oversees acquisitions and asset management in the Pacific Northwest and is a previous Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited professional. Before joining Beacon, Kayln was with Eastdil Secured for eight years where she established the Seattle office for the firm and worked on numerous transactions across the Northwest. Before Eastdil, she worked with USAA’s real estate group. Kayln received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Texas (Austin).
