Kevin is based in Chicago and is involved with asset management of the properties in Chicago supporting Greg O’Neal. His primary focus is on oversight of leasing, capital, and operations of the six Chicago assets. Before joining Beacon, Kevin was involved in Property Management for JLL in Chicago. In this role he was responsible for the daily operations, budgeting, capital and tenant improvements, and financial reporting for NBC Tower, a 1 million square foot Class A office building in downtown Chicago. Before his role in property management, Kevin was a part of the JLL National Investor Accounts team which focused on JLL’s largest investor clients including Beacon Capital Partners. Kevin holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Commercial Real Estate and Marketing from Marquette University. He is also a Licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.
