Ky is at our Boston office and is involved in the asset management for Boston assets. Prior to joining Beacon, Ky was a Senior Property Manager for Rockhill Management, L.L.C., an affiliate of Rockpoint Group and dedicated property services management company, where he was responsible for the daily operations, budgeting, capital, and tenant improvements, and financial reporting for commercial office buildings in Boston. Ky holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
