Marshall is based in San Francisco and focuses on asset management for properties in the Bay Area. Prior to joining Beacon, he served as Associate Vice President of Investments at CIM Group, where he was responsible for acquisitions, financing, and asset management for a portfolio of office, multi-family, condominium, and studio lot assets across the U.S. Marshall began his career at Dream Unlimited in Toronto, holding various roles of increasing responsibility across investments and asset management.

Marshall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
