Matthew is based in Boston and oversees the asset management of properties in Boston. Before his current position, he oversaw the acquisitions and dispositions group Associate/Analyst team at Beacon. Matthew had previous experience at Blackrock as an Acquisition Associate in San Francisco underwriting, performing due diligence, and closing multiple acquisitions. He also worked in portfolio management for Blackrock. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
