Richard is based in Boston and is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for certain properties. Prior to joining Beacon Capital Partners, he served as a Senior Property Accountant with Intercontinental Real Estate, where he was responsible for the financial reporting for 17 properties throughout the U.S. and reviewing 22 financial packages prepared by other team members. Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University.
