Sarah is based in Boston and assists the Director of Human Resources in all areas of human resources, such as talent management, employee relations, and employee benefits including Beacon Capital Partners' 401(k) plan. Before joining Beacon, Sarah was an Executive Assistant at Berkshire Partners and GMO. Before that, Sarah was an Assistant Director of Military Advising at the University of Maryland University College. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Maryland.
