Sean is based in Northern Virginia and is involved in asset management for the Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia area properties. Before joining Beacon in 2021, Sean was the Vice President of Property Operations for Brookwood Financial Partners, where he oversaw the property management and construction division for owned and managed office and industrial assets. Before joining Brookwood Financial Partners, he was an asset manager with Fairbridge Partners where he was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and asset management of a national portfolio. He has also held senior property management positions with Prentiss Properties Trust and Brandywine Realty Trust. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
