Shane is based in D.C./Northern Virginia and oversees Beacon Capital Partner’s national portfolio operations, supporting the Asset Management and Property Management teams. Before joining Beacon Capital Partners, Shane was a Senior Property Manager for Quadrangle Development Company, a full-service Real Estate Company located in Metro D.C. where he was responsible for the daily operations, budgeting, capital and tenant improvements, financial reporting for Commercial Office buildings in D.C. and Tysons, VA. Before joining Quadrangle, he was a Property Manager in Tysons VA for Brandywine Realty Trust. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Methodist University.
