Shraddha works at our Boston office where her primary responsibilities include the fund level reporting for Fund VII and overseeing various properties and joint ventures including One North Dearborn, Crossroads, TMC, Southline Boston, 405 Industrial, and 1055 E Colorado. Shraddha spent the last 3+ years at Alumni Ventures Group most recently as a Vice President – Head of Fund Accounting. She led the Fund Accounting function with responsibilities of overseeing fund-level accounting, tax and investor reporting requirements.

Prior to Alumni Ventures, she was a Senior Financial Accountant with RBC Investor and Treasury Services managing the financial and tax reporting for numerous boutique fund managers covering an array of different asset classes while overseeing and managing an offshore team. She holds a Chartered Accountant Degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
