Zoya is based in Boston and manages the development, capital projects, and major reposition across Beacon’s portfolio. Before joining Beacon, Zoya was a Senior Development Manager at Wynn Design & Development and managed new development opportunities for Wynn Resorts in both domestic and international markets. She is the President of the Board of Directors of Congress for the New Urbanism’s New England Chapter, and a Co-Chair of ULI New England’s Real Estate Technology Council. Zoya holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Sushant School of Art and Architecture, a Master of Landscape Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design, and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
